The Office Group volunteers provide essential administrative support to the Friends office.

The Office volunteers report to the Office Administrator. They meet in the Lodge (at the corner of Kings Park Road and Fraser Avenue, Kings Park) on the last Thursday of each month (except December).

Their main task is to collate the Friends newsletter, magazine and inserts for mailing out to members.

Ten to twelve Office volunteers are needed to carry out the necessary tasks, and new members are always welcome. Many long term friendships have been formed amongst the group.

The group usually meets at 9.30 am and the work is generally finished by 11.30 am (including a tea break).

Occasionally, additional assistance is required for one-off tasks and this would be advertised in the Friends newsletter in advance.
